Sandustry Flux Emanator Guide and Setup
Sandustry Flux Emanator guide: feed Voidbloom from above, leave space for Fluxite growth, harvest before performance drops, and protect this production cell.
How does the Flux Emanator work?
The official source material says the Flux Emanator converts Voidbloom into Fluxite. Voidbloom must touch the top side of the building, and Fluxite appears beneath it. The conversion is gradual rather than instant, so a steady feed matters more than a large one-time dump.
Leave room for Fluxite to grow
Fluxite expands outward from the bottom in a broadly circular pattern when space is available. Solid walls can redirect its shape, but they also reduce the open growth area. Build this as a dedicated cell with clear harvesting access instead of placing it inside a crowded belt corridor.
Supply the correct input
Voidbloom is made by combining Void Petals and Redsand according to the supplied official notes. Separate that input chain from the Fluxite output so material cannot fall onto the Emanator from the wrong side. One Voidbloom converts to one Fluxite in the cited mechanics.
Harvest before it becomes a problem
The official notes warn that a large Fluxite mass can affect performance and slow further placement. Harvest regularly, especially if the growth zone is constrained. Exact harvesting tools and optimal layouts should be rechecked against the current Early Access build.
